September 24, 2018.  We are selling the “distressed” Alliance One Pixius corporate bond that we purchased in 2017.  With price appreciation and dividends, we have a total return of over 23%.  This was a risky trade with a junk bond.

When you have a very nice return on a high risk bond, we want to run for the hills and lock in our very nice profits.  Yes this thing could go higher…or it may not.  SELL

PIXIUS (ALLIANCE ONE) (13%) Individual Corp. Bond. CUSIP: 018772AS2. Maturity July 2021. (July 2017)

The midterm elections are rapidly approaching.  The Investor Education Institute has released a very informative video describing stock market actions before and after the elections.
